All the facilities are wonderful in the villa. However, it is very hard to find. Only suitable for experienced drivers, and it is better to go there in the daytime.

Very special property that we loved. We stayed in January and esp loved the onsen and subfloor heating. Check in was easy enough because there was the option of online pre-registration. The road to the house was windy but not too bad - note that the GPS in the rental car may not show you the way. We used Google maps and got there without difficulty. We were thankful to have a 4WD and snow tires, because there was ice on parts of the road. Highly recommend the place!

Very clean and well-maintained, the villa is spacious and faces east so you get a sunrise view from the living area. Make sure you reach before sundown because the road in is winding and treacherous. Best to familiarise yourself on your first drive at peast.

The villa is really up the hill and there are no food available around except for the vending machine selling raw meat and rice for cooking ourselves. Even though the villa is really nice with all kinds of facilities and very clean, the dinner for guests is very troublesome as we rush to dine at Kurokawa Onsen area and then drive up before the sunset totally. The road to villa can be scary at night, especially we drive a 7 people car. But once arrived, it is ok.

素敵なお部屋でした

とても清潔感があり、抵抗なく宿泊できて良かったです。浴室も綺麗で良かったのですが、窓のブラインドに蛾が挟まっていました。ブラインドの裏側部分に挟まっていたので、気付かずに閉められたのだと思います。その他はとても清潔で大変満足しております。また来たいと思える所でした。ありがとうございました。

最高！でも包丁だけ研いで！

とても清潔で心地の良い空間でした。温泉も朝晩と２回入りとてもリラックス出来ました。一点のみ指摘したいところが、包丁がどれも切れ味が悪く使いにくかったです。

快適。パジャマなしだけが欠点

とても広くて快適でした。お風呂が少し小さかったので、1人ずつでしか入れなかったのが残念でしたが、それでも気持ちよかったです。ホットプレートや鍋、フライパンなど、調理器具は非常に充実していました。ただ、唯一、パジャマがついていなかったのが残念でした。これだけのクオリティでパジャマがついていないのは、不思議でした。

初めてこちらの施設を利用しましたが、清掃もきれいにされていたり、ホットプレートや食器類と色々揃ってあったので、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。また温泉にも入ることができるのでゆっくり好きな時に入ることができました。 また行きたいと思いました。

建物も新しく、最新の家電が充実していて、いろいろ試すことが出来て楽しめました。 お風呂も温泉とサウナがありくつろげました。 洗面も流しが二つあり家族でゆったりと利用でき良かったです。 阿蘇の地元の食材（牛肉、馬刺し、野菜、パン）を購入し鉄板焼きや朝食にサンドイッチなどを作り美味しく頂きました。 特に赤牛のヒレシャトーブリアンのステーキは最高でした。 アビアンのホットプレートが無かったのが残念。 このvillaを拠点に黒川温泉、大観峰、阿蘇山火口、やまなみハイウェー・ミルクロードのドライブ等充実した旅行が楽しめました。 ありがとうございました。

施設に行くまでの道が狭くドキドキしました。翌朝は路面凍結して帰れるか不安でしたが、なんとか道を下る事ができました。チェーン等は持っていた方が安心だと思います。 施設はリラックスできてとても良かったです。また行きたいと思います☺︎
