"The staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the Museum of Human Evolution and the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. The room was clean but it could use new paint. and the furniture looks old and tired. "

"Excellent staging point for the ferries - whether Bilbao or Santander. Basic rooms but clean an adequate. Ours had 2 fold down bunk beds so ideal for families. Food - both dinner and breakfast, are excellent and sensibly priced. We've stayed before and will stay again."

"after a whole day of traveling, exhausted . all i needed is a nice clean comfortable place to rest and sleep . This hotel delivered that exceedingly with a welcoming friendly informative staff, a spacious very clean room with balcony, and free parking. Its a bit far from the center of old town approx 2 miles but if you have a bike or car no problem . "

While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. "Brilliant once again. Ideal place to stop on route to and from the ferry. Lots of good parking and the hotel is always clean , well kept and smells lovely in reception especially. The cafeteria is a great place to relax with lovely tapas served by friendly polite staff. Will definitely use again 👍. "

"Not a large room but very pleasant decor. Quite well located and even though room faced the main street it was not noisy. The light on the exit sign in the room was surprisingly bright. Parking as usual in Spanish cities was problem though since their car park had no spaces remaining."
