"This is an older building. There have been updates, but the age still shows. It is close to a lot, and is not expensive. I didn’t have to listen to arguments/tv/ bathroom noises from the next room, but it is across the street from a fire station, truckers stay here, and apparently trash pickup is at 5 am on Mondays. The staff is courteous. When I come back, I will stay here again"

I was traveling for work so I didn’t do any shopping but there is a mall next door and quite a few dining options very near, including a restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. "This hotel was very quiet. That’s my biggest concern when booking a hotel. It was situated within walking distance to the quaint Jonesborough downtown. This hotel isn’t luxurious but the indoor pool was perfect for our children and as previously mentioned it was super quiet. "

"I have stayed at this location a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds are really nice. The shower water pressure is great and hot water is immediate. Would recommend. It is a$100 deposit that has to he cash and you will get it back the day you check out, albiet your room is clean and undamaged. "
