"The staff was great, very friendly. The food was good. Everything was pretty good. But the showers drain was very slow. Our room was not cleaned 2 times. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to ask for the water one time."

" Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down."

"The property was very nice and the breakfast had many options. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately when we arrived, we could not get our car to the hotel due to road construction. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we didnt have to drive in circles. The hotel did reimburse us for our pay parking"

"Hi all Be aware the website states all inclusive but it’s not. So we asked how much and the guy said $390 euros for dinner and lunch for two nights rip off . Apparently free parking onsite BUT you need to find free street parking yourself. Very hard to find reception and if you look like a local they have no time for you Thanks but never again "

"This hotel is worth staying at, we were there for 7 nights and it was very pleasant, the restaurant was great food, but don’t expect a 3 course meal, but plenty of variety from pizza , chips chicken stakes to local or European cuisine, and loads of salads and sweets and cakes. The lady making my omelette was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice and was cleaned regularly. I would stay here again as all the the local sight seeing things are so close and the shops are a walking distance away. "

"Very nice hotel, the only thing that spoils it is the ball games in the pool, they should put a notice up no ball games, you had ball's knocking glasses over on the tables , on one occasion a ladies phone was knocked completely off the table,and when the ball games are going on it's very rowdy other hotels don't allow ball games when people are lying there soaking up the sun not very peaceful at all."

"We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use. Shuttle to the beach was useful and beach area was pleasant with free sunbeds and umbrellas."

"We have only a good experience in Villa Sonata. Hotel is located on the hill, so you can have great view to the city. Even that it's a city center it's quiet and a lot of plans and trees around the hotel. It's really beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. We have booked a standard room and they give us much more bigger room with a lot of space, it was really nice, thank you! Totally recommend :) "

"I’ve stayed 6 nights and not even once my room was cleaned up even though the reception confirmed they clean the rooms daily.. A very nosy place with karaoke under the windows and a very loud poor quality music making my ears bleed. Impossible to sleep at night. Will not recommend this place for people who are seeking a relaxed atmosphere. Their spa has a very good massage and manual therapy offer though. For a place that positions itself as a relax and a well being refuge there is a terrible gap between this concept and reality."
