"Friendly staff, location is good, 10 min. walk from Rosa Parks stop on RER E which goes to Gare du Nord. A hamburger restaurant just opposite, otherwise not much in the immediate surrounding areas. Rooms are clean, so are communal toilets and showers. Rooms lack electrical sockets, and hooks. I could checkin early which was nice, otherwise, like many other places, checkin is later and later and check out earlier and earlier. Not sure what the room rate is paying for these days, soon will be 8...

"This is a new aparthotel since summer 2024 and it’s in good condition. Everything is beautifully clean and new. Great shower and towels. There is a small kitchen area but fully equipped including a dishwasher which we didn’t find till the last morning! Friendly staff. About ten minute walk to the Metro. "
