I stayed for work and had a really positive experience here. When I asked for a late check out they were able to accomodate me to prevent me from sitting waiting at the airport. Overall excellent staff and facilities

This property is a hidden gem. Although not exactly "hidden". It's in a great location. Easy to walk to everything...or a short cab ride. The property itself has been lovingly updated and decorated. Great bar / restaurant and staff. we are really glad we booked it!

The room was very spacious and well furnished. Staffs were friendly. Naviglio itself has changed a bit. became too touristic in bad way. so the neighborhood wasn't great. Also they have been kept opening the office door which is located on next to my room. Everytime I pass by, I had to face the working scene. that was annoying.

The hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff, room was beautiful and giving real old money. The restaurant is also a ten. Only one thing : air conditioning was stuck on heat and we needed to open the window to balance the temperature. We will come back for sure !

Wow! This is an insane accommodation. We loved everything about the style, vibe, location, and service. For context, we are a child free couple in our 30s. Breakfast is a must! Big thanks to Adam at the front desk for helping us through the train strike and rescheduling our reservation!

We stayed for one night. It is possible to drive to the property without dealing with congestion charges. Parking there is quite expensive but they were generous with leaving the car there on checkout day so it was quite convenient (tram line 3 from the centre). Rooms are very clean and unique. Bar area is a bit of a scene and eclectic and might not suit all visitors.

A good hotel in a great neighbourhood of Milan. A 30 min walk from the key sightseeing area around the Duomo and easily accessible via Tram 3. The welcome could have been better, we arrived after dark in a terrible rainstorm on Saturday night (4/11) and found the reception staff to be young, with a couldnt care less approach. No welcome, no helpful info on the hotel ie breakfast times or a basic introduction to the incredibly confusing layout of the hotel. They also pushed back on the VIP reward - although we subsequently worked this out with reception the next day. Our comfortable and quiet room was through reception and back outside, through The Doping Bar (a brilliant and incredibly busy bar) to a small door that took you to a lift to the rooms. The team member who showed us to our room could not work out how to operate the lighting in the room and left us in the dark wondering what exactly we had booked! Everything improved enormously the following morning at breakfast. The team working in Zaia serving breakfast were really fantastic! Attentive, interested and offered some great suggestions on things to do. The breakfast was delicious and worth adding to your booking. Overall we settled into this rather disjointed hotel and got in tune with its eccentric feel. We would definitely return.

Staff Awesome But Bathroom Disgusting

First off this staff is amazing the hotel really stylish. The room was very cool but the amenities not so much! no steamer no iron in room, no menu for mini bar no information for guest no room service, maybe this was an oversight but I hate asking for things. The bathroom had mold and our shower clogged and flooded the bathroom it was disgusting and I had to go without a shower that day so I didn’t flood the whole room. While they fixed the shower and cleaned up there was mold all over the tile grout and that’s gross even above the shower and the window which is not a sign of a good hotel it’s actually unacceptable. Nobody made any effort to compensate or say sorry not even breakfast or coffee or drinks anything would of been better then nothing I didn’t ask to move rooms it’s unfortunate that this hotel didn’t make a better effort. We bought breakfast everyday it was good it was not included which was ok with me the bar was beautiful and hip but very loud and you could hear music till 1am in the morning at least in my suite.
