"Our check in was delayed to a previous late check out. They put us in a room,while we for our original room to be ready. The only thing that was a negative about it is that my card was charged the day prior, yet my room wasnt ready upon arrival. Overall the stay was magnificent! I would def return to this hotel when staying in Milan. It gives luxury n was not overly priced. staff was amazing as well"
