The hotel is next to the major train station, accessible by metro and bus. Breakfast offers a wide range of options, Marina is very warm and friendly. Romeo too has been very helpful. Generally we had a great stay in Milan.

Property was lacking basic things in a hotel such as a coffee maker or a kettle. Had to request for a kettle so we can make tea and coffee. There’s an odd in the bathroom that lingered the entire week we were there. Plus side: very close to the train stations,restaurants the duomo and the galleria.

It was close to the train, bus, and airport shuttle bus stops so we felt safe even with heavy luggage. The elevator was small, but most mid-range hotels in Italy were about the same size. We extended our trip by one night, but they were flexible. We could buy groceries at the supermarket behind the hotel, and the toilet, shower, and sink were all reasonably sized, so my wife and daughter had fun getting ready. We were also lucky to find a room with three single beds for the three of us. We'd definitely like to stay here again.

Staffs are all friendly. And it seems they just finished renovations. So it’s nice and clean the room. And their breakfast was also good. There are many choices. Only one thing, it was sorry I couldn’t use the A/C in my room. I only stayed there for a night. So I didn’t mind it. If I have a chance to get back Milan, I’ll stay there again.

Very well located near by the central station and the metro, lovely ambiance in the lounge and the single room that I had was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom but needed some extra deep cleaning around the shower area. Very efficient and polite staff. I would return.
