The location of this apartment is beautiful and very convenient for all the sights around Milan. The check in was smooth and the host was super fast at replying to messages. The apartment is modern and was very clean. I would highly recommend.

Terrific space in an amazing location! More kitchen than needed, nice bathroom, big bed and pull out couch. Note with the central area comes late night noise from all the people out. 10 minute walk to the Duomo and right around the corner from the Sforza castle and right in the middle of beautiful shops and restaurants. Short walk from the malpensa express.

Charming, in the Heart of the Historic District

Perfectly located in the historic district, surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk from Cardona train station. The Duomo is also within easy walking distance. The apartment is full of charm, with a French balcony and beautiful exposed beams that add to its character. The only downside was the noise at night – it was difficult to sleep due to the lively street life, garbage collection, and cleaning in the stairwell. That said, it’s a delightful place to stay and one we would gladly recommend.

Great place to stay in Milan. Is conveniently located close to main sights and plenty of great food options and Bars around. The apartment is spacious, clean and well decorated. My family and I enjoyed it very much.

This apartment is in a great location in the centre of the Brera. When booking the apartment we thought we were booking a 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds. Instead it was a one bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed in the living. The site needs to be updated to specify this. Also a number of times the shower upstairs had lukewarm water

The location is very central and nice. We could walk to the duomo. We were asked to sign up for the service before we could get access to a property we have already paid. Or they don’t send you the address and key, which a bit annoying. We spent half an hour to get a flying bug out of the room before we went to sleep. The apartment is indeed charming. The location is perfect. The neighborhood felt safe even at night. Short walking distance to everything like retail shops and restaurants. Tram and bus stops nearby. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Milan.

We had a quick one night stay in Milan, so it's convenient location was great. Room was comfy and quiet, and it was right near a bunch of cute restaurants and shops. Located right near a market, so just one adult ran out in the morning to pick up fruit and snacks.

Best room in the heart of Milano

Great place: Need better communication

Place was great! Inability to directly contact location from confirmation email about remote check in was frustrating. Finally received directions just hours from check in after flying all day to get there. Nerve wracking. Beds comfortable and Brera is a delightful location. Tram right outside window was noisy.

The property was very nice and clean. The unit was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was also a good size. Linens were clean and nice. Easy to get to from the train station and only 40 mins to mxp. Our unit was in the street side so you could hear the trolly and pedestrians. The walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper expect to hear everything. Checking in remotely was easy but the remote door lock at the main entrance glitches so I experienced a moment of panic. . . But all else was very nice.

Good room but noisy street.

There is not reception in the building therefore you are getting all instructions via telephone. I got them all by WhatsApp. There is no elevator to 4 th flour and stairs are narrow. If you have heavy bag careful about the floor you books. Room was clear and the person I contact by What's app was helpful. The tram is just next road at back therefore it is noisy room. I do not care noise usually but It wake me up. Location is nice there are several restorant and cafees very close to hotel.

The shower didnt work, thats a bear minimum. The whole bathroom needed a touch up. Location wise its good but i wouldnt go back.

- loud apartment. Couldn’t sleep from noise outside and we stayed on a Wednesday - zero flexibility with check in and out - the shower was incredible dirty and disgusting Would not recommend to anyone to stay there

Great location, power/internet/front desk issues

These apartments are in a lively, walkable part of town with great shopping and cafes. Our apartment was comfortable if sparely furnished — better lighting or a comfortable chair or two would add a lot. There are some thoughtful touches like free earplugs for (presumably) the street noise and noise from upstairs. The former was not too much of an issue in our opinion, just low rumbling from streetcars. The upstairs noise is very audible and will depend on who you have up there. Luckily we were on a similar schedule with our upstairs neighbors. The virtual front desk turned out to be a significant downside. There were power outages both days we stayed, and on the first day it caused an internet outage that lasted the entire rest of the day. Obviously the property is not at fault for power outages, but they didn't respond to the internet outage until the next day, and, after sending someone out and fixing it, they claimed that there were never any internet issues. This may have been an attempt to avoid some form of compensation (we asked for a free late checkout), but is simply unprofessional — we sent multiple screenshots showing that the network wasn't present while the outage occurred. It's not great when your virtual front desk is resorting to gaslighting over taking responsibility. Reading between the lines, the property is likely unwilling or unequipped to respond to problems after their cleaning folks come through midday (we reported the internet outage at 4:40pm).
