"I'm an older woman who travels by myself. I felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean. It's a short walk to the Milan Duomo and other attractions. The staff was able to get taxis quickly for me for the places that were not walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The rooms are a world of its own. The service was fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. The bathroom was beautiful and each room has a different theme. The experience was fantastic. Definitely will go back to this hotel again"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Duomo, as well as many great restaurants and shops. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Europe, and we found them to be very comfortable. Breakfast was quite decent, especially considering the price. The only downside was that one of our rooms had a shutter blocking the window that couldn't be opened, which meant there was no natural light and the room felt quite dark. Aside from that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others "
