"The property its self is faultless really nice and clean, down a nice quiet street close to the old town square. The only problem is that the check in and check out is 3km away which with suitcases is not possible so a taxi is needed. It would be nice if the hotel had a shuttle bus/car to pick you up and drop you off. They were very helpful in ringing us a taxi and did ring back to see if it had picked us up and kept us informed of the arrival time. A 20/30 minute walk to the museum of...

"It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful. "

"Very nice apartment. Very clean. Extremely confusing instructions to get to the apartment. Two addresses are shown in the communications so you can easily go to the wrong location with the exact same apartment numbers. Once you get to the proper address it is very difficult to find the apartment by following the instructions. Even people living at the address had a difficult time understanding where it was by reading the instructions. Owner responded to some of my messages on Expedia but...

"Die Unterkunft könnte richtig super sein, aber es gibt da paar Probleme. 1. Das Bett hat keine Kopfstütze. Es ist sehr kompliziert in dem Bett zu schlafen wir haben Decken genommen um die Löcher zu Stopfen damit die Kopfkissen nich auf dem Boden landen. 2. Die Gardinen sind zu kurz und sie auch nicht entsprechend verdunkelt. Wenn die Sonne aufgeht ist das Apartment sehr hell. 3. Der Tisch in Wohnzimmer ist zwar cool aber unpraktisch. "Everything you needed inside of the unit (nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and drying rack, iron and ironing board, furnished balcony, TV), inside of the apartment tower (clean hallways, quiet elevator) to the outside of the gated complex (24 hour security on site, huge shopping center within 5 min walking). We felt safe and very comfortable all the time."

"Good location for a stay in Katowice. Fine Appartement. And overall a perfect place. No air-conditioning with 32 degrees outside was slightly challenging. But otherwise perfect. Be sure to read the (detailed) information mail before arrival. It was slightly difficult to find the correct address."
