"No pudimos disfrutar de la chimenea en pleno mes de enero aunque lo solicitamos expresamente. Nos dijeron que no había muchos huéspedes y no la iban a encender. Vimos que la casa estaba llena. Tampoco nos enseñaron la zona de estar de la planta de abajo para descansar un poco después de estar todo el día fuera. Eran las siete y media de la tarde y ellos tenían previsto marcharse.
