"Baltic Amber is a VERY unique place. Its location is PREMIERE, access to private beach is totally unreplaceable. Hotel itself leave a lot to be desired, the main problem is LACK OF AIR CONDITIONNING, which at todays age of global warming is a big NO NO! What compensate this is unbelievable management. I have to mention by name deputy manager, Mrs. ANIA, who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in making our stay memorable (even without AC) :). All in all, beside the shortcomings of the hotel itself, its location, private beach and manager Ania made our stay truly memorable. "

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
