"On the surface this property is set on lovely grounds but take a look closer and the service could be far better for the price we paid. we got to the spa for 10:30am one morning and the umbrellas were not up, sun beds didn’t have their mattress laid until after 11am. There isn’t poolside service for drinks. I had booked two rooms as I had my parents stay as well, we were visiting for an onsite welding. "The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Staff - super friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I can't rate them high enough! Accommodation was adequate. Very dark room - needs some more lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom - needs a re-vamp. Load -shedding was well managed. "

"The hotel has been closed since November 2017 , we had to find alternative accommodation late at night after a long drive , you need to contact me urgently re a refund plus costs , I am currently still on holiday and will be in a position to resolve this very disappointing experience next week Monday , how on earth can you advertise a hotel , take my money in advance , when the establishment has been closed for 5 months !
