"We booked be ause this hotel has air conditioning and the weather forecast looked like we might need it. AC is not readily avaliable in UK. Was disappointed that the staff said they would help with arranging transportation to Heathrow ( in email correspondence) and then when we asked at the desk, they told us to do it ourselves! And our second request ( for a late check out of 12:45) was denied. They said the best they could offer was 12:00. We ended up checking out at 11 and leaving our bags...

"Everything was pretty good- room was super hot but i guess thats England when there isn't cool weather. The parking situation was a bit stressful when retrieving our car. There were 10 or more vehicles piled in when we were told they never exceed 6. Had to wait and the older manager gentlemen was a little rude while he moved several cars before we could leave. "The property is absolutely a hidden gem!!! My husband and I absolutely loved the decor and everything the property offered. We stayed in a suite that screamed vampire vibes, which we TOTALLY love!!! We also had dinner and breakfast on property. The blackened cod with asparagus was perfect and my husband had the pad Thai, which he also raved about. Breakfast was also exquisite! The staff was super friendly and the manager was so personable. We can’t wait to stay there again."
