"When I tried to pay a tip for the breakfast in cash, they said they don't take cash. I refused to put a $3 tip on a credit card for the room. Also, when I first checked in, they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. That was a little scary. I had to wait on the floor for the desk person to come up with a different key to a different room. "

"Stayed here for a quick stay in Madison. Check-in was fast even though there was a line. Breakfast was great. A lot of different hot foods. Staff serving breakfast was friendly and quick filling food items. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again. "
