"Pool area is dark, not very clean. Pool towels are size of hand towels and bad quality. Hot tub was down and we were not told at booking. Very disappointing. Broken chair in room. Paper products in room extremely low quality. So much so my 6 yr old grandson commented. Loved shower products. Most staff on their phones every time we walked through. "
