"It was our first time up to Sugarbush. Driving to the White Horse Lodge a few miles down the road was great and even better driving to My Ellen less than a mile away the following morning. The place was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. Will definitely come back to the White Horse Lodge next time around."

Location was perfect for the hiking we planed to do and the plenty of bars and restaurants were in the area. The breakfast was beyond my expectations and provided a perfect start to the day. "Although an historic property the Inn has been updated and we enjoyed a clean, well appointed room right down to a sound machine to ensure audial comfort and improve sleep! Freshly baked cookies and caramel apples greeted us in the foyer and a detailed and spotless coffee and tea bar was just outside the guest rooms. The custom breakfast served in the main inn was excellent. Warm scones, rich coffee, French toast with Vermont maple syrup and perfect eggs with sautéed baby spinach in front of a fire listening to Miss Simone and other classic jazz vocalists…..simply heaven Cannot wait for another opportunity to return. "
