"Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. "Great stay , arrived wet through on dirt bikes , couldn’t have wished for a warmer welcome, kit was dryer off and left in the utility room and a welcome cup of tea and coffee was provided, Lovely hosts , clean room and cracking breakfast , just what was needed in the typical wet wales weather Would love to come back one day with my family, "

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. "A very convenient base for the Machynlleth music festival. The house was very clean, all machinery worked fine and my only request would be that the house comes supplied with a few dishwasher tablets, a bit of soap powder, and a washing up brush or cloth."

"Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us."

"Cosy room oozing with character.. The staff upon check-in (and check-out of course) were great.. helped us to our room, showed us everything we needed to know.. the room was spotless, luckily for me as I forgot mine, toiletries were provided, including shower gel and shampoo.. I was performing at a local event and was back late but that was absolutely fine and nice and easy upon getting back to my room. Will definitely stay again."
