"We had our gift package taken from our room the second day of our stay. Package was placed on top of a sofa-bed, so it would never be mistaken as garbage on the floor! The package was returned by house keeping same day when we asked at the front desk. Not a good feeling at all."

"Never stayed here before, usually I am in Mongkok. But I am glad I stayed here. The staff are great, friendly, professional and approachable. There are tons of food options in the area.
