Room service process was not explained at check-in so we didn’t receive any our first day. Put the room cleaning sign outside the door by 9 am. Our tub had poor drainage & they did send maintenance up within an hour. Tub was dirty upon our arrival. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to out of towners. The elevators were filthy and grubby. Didn’t appear to have been wiped down in a long time. We used Super Shuttle for airport transport. It was easy and the drivers were both engaging and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant on site, The Gavel, was excellent!! Some of the best grilled chicken I have ever had!!
