"Heerlijke en vooral rustige ligging in een chaletpark aan de Olifanstrivier. Vanuit de tuin kun je nijlpaarden, vervetmonkeys, nyala´s en nog veel meer andere dieren zien lopen. Ook veel vogels aan de rivierkant. Vriendelijke hulp. Het enige jammere is dat wij 300 ZAR per wasbeurt een beetje aan de dure kant vonden. Gelukkig zijn daar andere alternatieven voor. We komen zeker terug! Genoten!!!! Ge"

The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal. "This is an amazing property. Beautiful ,artistic touches and excellent comfort. There is a nice sized pool and complete privacy. There is everything in the house that you could possibly need. We were 2 people and found the large space perfect for our needs. There is a great restaurant just steps from the property and terrific security. The owners replied to every question we had and left a delicious bottle of wine to welcome us. The place is peaceful - a little piece of heaven. "

Unforgettable Experience

"Everything at Nyati Safari Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable – ours was located right in front of the river, and on the very first day we had elephants, crocodiles, and other wildlife right in front of us. It was like living in a nature documentary! The meals and drinks were delicious! The entire staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome and taken care of every step of the way. The highlight of our stay was definitely the game drives. Kenneth, Peter, Pride, and Freja went above and beyond, always asking which animals we wanted to see and doing everything they could to make it happen. Each game drive ended with either a morning coffee or a sunset drink, always paired with a breathtaking view of the reserve. I truly can’t wait to go back!"

Relaxing stay with helpful friendly staff.

"Very relaxing stay with helpful friendly staff. Relatively convenient for Kruger although we drove through Kruger ourselves so didn’t use the lodges excursions but those who did spoke highly of them. Great to walk round the immediate area with sightings of giraffe, zebra, kudu, impala and wart hogs. "

Pondoro Game Lodge - Open to Kruger Park

"10/10 recommend staying here. My husband’s and I stayed her for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff was incredible and super accommodating! The food was delicious, the safari guides were so knowledgeable and kept us so safe! I know we both will remember this experience for the rest of our lives. Fantastic stay in Hoedspruit

"Excellent host and staff are very friendly. Room had the best view over the riverbed, it was great sitting outside in the evenings, listening to the sounds of the bush. Room had everything we needed. Pool was lovely on hot days! Great value for money!"

"Not value for money. Dinner was tasteless. Disturbing was to catch a worker at 07:30 the next morning hiding under our tent while we were bathing. The wooden floor has clear gaps to look through. When confronted he said he was there to fix a problem. Complained to the manager and she only replied "Sorry for that". No investigation or request to identify the worker. Internet is non-existent and lights are inadequate in the tent. "
