If you stay here, you’re paying for the area. It’s a convenient area, 10 min walk from the beach. The room is nothing out of the ordinary but has everything that you need.

This is probably the best hotel in Miami. All new, clean, excellent location. Free and excellent wines from 5 to 6. Breakfast included. Feliciano offers a great service, always helpful, at the reception desk and wherever necessary. We would stay again and I certainly recommend this wonderful hotel!

It's a good location for shopping but has a problem with barking and is not friendly to the handicapped like has no elevators or ram to the rooms

This property is dirty in the hallways and people sit at the main entrance eating food drinking liquor and smoking cigarettes. Staff unfriendly and rude from check in to checkout. I we paid for late check out for 3pm and the black girl got very rude and hanged up and called the police that we were refusing to go. I book this place by mistake and I paid for my mistake. The pictures online are not what you see when you get to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we asked from them. Unfortunately we were not aware that there is no elevator and having booked this hotel stay due to having a surgery & needing to be close to the surgery center we were very disappointed that we were unaware of no elevator. Having to climb steps after a procedure was painful & irritating to say the least. Also, we were unaware that there was no microwave in the room which was a real bummer! Inside the tiny room where the “continental breakfast” was served the floor is ready to cave in! Walking on it literally bows in the floor & it’s just a matter of time before someone falls through it! Scary! If you’re wanting to rest just forget it. The loud construction going on around the building starts at 6am sharp! The rooms cleanliness was sub par with someone else’s hair on the toilet seat. Yuck! The duvet on the bed was dirty, and we questioned if the sheets on the bed were even clean. I don’t recommend walking on the carpet, barefoot my brand new white socks were stained from the carpet and I had to throw them away. Since there was no refund available, we had to stick it out and stay two nights here. All in all this turned out to be a 2 star hotel in a 5 star location. Never again!

The property and location was great. Staff was extremely friendly and lots to do in the area. I would recommend they change the carpets and repair the holes in the hallway floors and elaborate a bit on their continental breakfast, but all in all it was a great place to stay.
