I truly enjoyed my stay here, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was the sickly sweet smell of the place but that's just personal preference. I'd definitely stay here again!

Not only was the staff the very unpleasant but there were ants all in our room, in our coffee cups and around our beds and they did not seem to care! The area was unsafe and they did false advertisement with their pictures making it look like there were shops all around the front of it and there was absolutely nothing. I had to make the taxi wait for me to go to the door to make sure that I was at the right place. If I had not come in on my plane so late I would have really went to find another place to stay! They did not offer my money back or any kind of Retribution for all of the problems that we had! Oh also, they are not following the Ada law as my husband was in a wheelchair and they put us on the second floor so we had to help him up the stairs as they had no elevator!

i really enjoyed my stay here! it seemed very safe and a convenient walk to a big shopping center with target and home goods etc. the rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were super friendly! the breakfast was included and there was decent options for the food selection as well! if i’m in miami again ill be staying here!

Wife was worried about safety in and near location. Room was OK. Small bed, bathroom facilities adequate. Entrance location was around the front of building, parking in rear with long walk to entrance. First time I used Expedia, would not return to this hotel again.

Bare bones hotel. A step down from a Motel 6. No chair or desk in my room.. No countertop in bathroom. Not in a great area. A breakfast you have to put on a tray and carry upstairs to your room. On the plus side it's only a block from the river and 4-5 blocks from Casablanca, a good seafood restaurant where you can sit outside above the river. Also downtown is a short walk.

Served its Purpose
It served its purpose. We were staying for 2 night 1 night before our cruise and 1 night after. Yes the neighborhood looks scretchy but we didn’t have any problems and walked to Bayside Market and Publix. My only problem was the double bed was way too small for me and my husband.

Surprisingly Fabulous!
The Boutique Hotel is what I would expect from a downtown Miami location. The golden light to this property is Milargo at the front desk! She is professional, kind and caring. The parking is unusual, but it works. They share parking with what appears to be two other businesses located adjacent to them. I would not arrive after dark bc it may be confusing if you’re unfamiliar with the area as was I. Rooms are clean and nicely remodeled. It’s a small property w 20 something rooms on two floors with no elevator. They serve a complimentary breakfast with delicious coffee from a Nespresso coffee brewer. It is a downtown hotel, so be aware of your surroundings. I recommend TB Hotel!
