I just like that way the Staff treat us as Customers and also the Cleanliness of the Facility.
Unfortunately the Facility needs to improve the way they set up the Dorms. Customers doesn't have drawers where to place their clothes, that regularly every Hotel has it.
On the shower is missing the Safety Bar for Older customers or with disabilities. The Hotel will be easily Sued if the customer fall down due to this missing item.
The good thing its that the Hotel is located 15 minutes away form the Miami Airport but no close dining options for customers if they don't have a Car. To get to this places they have to get a Taxi or Uber to be transport it.
On the Dorms was missing also the small refrigerator to keep food or beverages that need to be cold.
The Hotel is nice but I believe with this improvements You will have many customers that regularly.
