MVR - Downtown

I stayed here with my fiancée to propose to her and see the Jhene Aiko concert. The view was AMAZING. Seamless check in and check out. The hotel & residences amenities were fantastic. The arena and bayside market place were directly across the street. They have valet parking for $55 a night or you can park across the street in the lot or garage. Will be staying here again. They also provided drinks in the lobby for free! The pool area was stunning.

My husband and I had a great stay at Elser Hotel & Residential in a studio unit. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable experience overall. However, for those traveling on business, we found the lack of a proper desk and chair a bit challenging—working long hours from the sofa and coffee table wasn’t ideal. That said, the location is fantastic! It’s close to parks, museums, a shopping center, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even Whole Foods for organic grocery needs. A great option for leisure travelers, but business travelers might miss a dedicated workspace.

Awesome stay: Clean, comfy and great views

Great overnight stay! Attended a Miami Heat game with the hubby and my 8 yo daughter. It was literally across the street from the Kaseya Center (approx 5 min walk). Hotel staff were extremely helpful and everyone was super friendly. The unit was spacious and lovely with gorgeous water and city views. Everything inside the unit was clean and new with a nice modern aesthetic. The bed and pillows were top-tier comfy. The management team was very communicative and efficient. My family and I enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

What an incredible experience! The location was absolutely perfect, situated right across from Bayside and Port Miami. Being surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenience stores made preparing for our two-week cruise incredibly convenient. The apartment was impeccably clean, mirroring the high standards we've come to expect from Icon and Arya managed by MVR. The MVR team consistently surpasses expectations with their exceptional service. Whenever we find ourselves in Miami, we'll certainly be returning to their accommodations. Despite the slightly cooler weather, our time at the pool was delightful—nothing could put a damper on our enjoyment!

Our stay was very welcoming. The place was very clean and modern. We really loved our view. Elevators were super quick and the building had a very high end smell to it. Over all this was a 10/10 experience which made our Miami stay unforgettable.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful views from the condo I stayed in love the look of the room clean very up-to-date all around. South Beach so many options to eat so many options downtown Miami as well five minute ride between both.

Be aware that early check-in might not be available and you're only allowed to use the pool area once you're checked-in. However, the wait was worth it. Amazing place!

Beautiful, modern and well kept. Everything you can possibly need is within 10 minutes of this location. I love that. It was across the street from Bayside marketplace which left lots of options if we didn’t wanna go far. Lots of bars, food, and shopping.
