Gave 2 stars instead if one because the room itself was good. Wifi- spotty at best. Most likely an ISP issue as wifi connection mostly had no internet connection - complaining a few times didnt resolve issue. Elevators were horrible. 2nd day at 11am, waited 30 minutes before giving up and walking down the stairs with two young boys in tow. Check in was long. They had a diff name ... had to wait till everything was confirmed and righted. I would not stay here unless your on the 2nd floor.

Our family of four, my husband and I and two teenage daughters, stayed for three nights. There were some pros and cons. Pros: Nice resort, very safe, the resort provides two beach chairs with an umbrella and towels. The resort has a beach bar to grab lunch or a beverage. Above the beach bar was a high end restaurant. The pool area was nice, lots of seating and a nice bar area. We used the workout facility. Decent size but heavily used in the mornings. Wal-Mart is within walking distance for supplies. The unit itself is as pictured. It was spacious. The kitchen was great to have. The bed was comfortable. We were only there a few days but there is a washer and dryer. Cons: It is a rental property so you only get a roll or two of toilet paper and miniature bar of soap. They do not provide a kitchen towel or any dish soap. Our daughters slept on the couch. It's a couch that just flattens, so not a pullout couch with a mattress. So it was hard to sleep on. In the unit they had one flat sheet, one pillowcase and multiple pillows to use on the couch. We didn't notice there wasn't a sheet to sleep with or a blanket until after office close. After multiple emails we did get one blanket delivered the next evening. Still no sheet to cover with and no pillowcases. So bring your own bedding if you need more than the king size bed. For the most part everything was fairly clean.

There’s no parking around this so you’re forced to use the valet parking which you have to pay additionally on top of everything else they charge for. The elevators take 30-40 minutes just to get on. There’s only one restaurant that’s connected to the pool area and you can’t carry in anything. Drinks and food are VERY expensive. Going to the beach is a hassle with the elevator then going to where they have chairs and towels for you is a decent walk. I went with my kids and eventually we just brought our own towels down to the beach as it was too inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend going with children under the age of 12. They said the room sleeps 4 but that’s if you want to sleep in a king bed with your husband plus 2 kids. The couch is very hard does not pull out and is not comfortable for sleeping on. No mirrors in the room besides the bathroom so doing a 1 bath 1 bed with a family of 4 was a hassle getting everyone ready. Does not come with extra pillow cases or bedding and the front desk doesn’t help you just tells you to contact the owner and then you contact them and they tell you to contact the front desk so it’s a useless run around and you don’t get any actual assistance. My key for my room stopped working at 9am and check out isn’t until noon. Thank god my son was in the room and could let us in. I spent a lot of extra money on things they require in addition to the daily resort fee.

Condo was well stocked and appointed. Could use a paint job and thorough cleaning. Elevators in the building are a problem. Had to take the stairs way too often.
