For a smoke free place the entire night and morning smelt like marijuana from The rooms next to me had a very bad headache checked out early because I couldn’t stand being there anymore

There for a day but killed 4 roaches, not used to roaches especially in an hotel. But that’s what I get for thinking that price was a deal. I would actually prefer not to stay at this location. La Quinta’s in my city is at least a 4 star. I reached out and let them know about the problems, an apology about the situation is what i received. Staff was good, but they need to use an insect bomb. No bed bugs tho, that’s a plus I guess.

The receptionist did not key properly and we could not enter the room in 4th floor. They fixed it after going to front desk again. It is very old building. Air conditioning was not working. Initially they said they may not be able to repair it. One option they gave was to move all bags to managers room and they will try to find a room by evening (we were going out day time). I said forget it. In the evening when I asked again, some technician looked at it and he said it is not repairable. Anyway they find another room and we moved there. I am pretty sure it was not working for some time. Not sure why they allocated the room to somebody and cause all these hastle?

The stay is okay for a night. The shuttle to and from the airport leaves the hotel every hour in the hour so the wait could be long.

My room had no soap still had a used pillow case on the desk table, thee most uncomfortable mattress and pillows with filthy sheets. Wouldn’t recommend just spend more money and enjoy your hotel. Stayed one night didn’t feel safe or comfortable.
