We arrived earlier than anticipated and the staff provided us with early check in. Plenty of parking onsite and a Publix supermarket a short walk away. Clean, spacious room.

Got in late it took the person behind the desk five minutes to come out when he did come out he was on the phone and did not check us in for a few minutes. Kept saying goodbye. I gotta call you back, but they wouldn’t get off the phone. Then we got our room. We got in the room and there were spots on the couch. There were spots on the chair. There was a dirty carpet finally we complained, and they moved us to a different room. This room carpet was so dirty that my socks turned black, no spots as big as the other others on the couch in the chair.

Andrew at the Front Desk is emblematic of everything anyone who works in a hotel should aspire to be. I was so touched by his kindness to my elderly mother during my elderly father's emergency hospital visit. My mother was exhausted and unable to operate the key to the room. Andrew patiently and kindly came to her rescue not once, but twice (!!) to help her operate the key while I was in the hospital with my elderly father. My family is so grateful to Andrew and hope the hotel appreciates what a gem they have in Andrew.

Front desk staff, specifically Andrew had no manners to treat us, did not find a solution for my check in issue and in fact threatened me to call the police simply because I was trying to get the help I needed. There was no managers available according to him and asked me to leave the premises. Did not answer expedia calls and on top of that he did not allow me to stay after all in this hotel. Not sure if he is friends with some higher level staff but after paying for this I had to leave back home and drive 3 hrs at 8 oclock at night because there wasn’t anybody there to help. Will never come back there agajn
