The shuttle driver was not accommodating at all. I was at the designated door at 6:15 pm with 3 suit cases and 2 small children waiting for the 7pm shuttle which was promised. The driver came and stopped away from the designated stop. He never acknowledged us while I was trying to get my 2 small kids and the bag to get to him he drove off. I called the hotel immediately to tell him that we are trying to get him…the staff said driver said I will have to wait for the next shuttle at 8pm and that he is not coming back. This is super frustrating after traveling all day and doing everything that was asked of me. I had to call an Uber at that point and paid out of pocket. I complained at the desk when I arrived to which I was blown off like my concerns didn’t matter and there was no follow up from management. I will not be recommending or will be going to this hotel. Poor customer service.

Our time here was really good. Didnt stay at the property for extensive periods since we were out most of the day into the night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning done right. Front Desk and Security staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Kitchen staff, not so friendly but also not rude. The free breakfast is ok for a quick bite but maybe a little variety could be added for those of us that dont eat pork. The coffee was pretty good but you have to get down early otherwise it finishes quickly. If you're looking for somewhere thats close to the aiport, quiet and convenient, then definitely give them a try.

The place had a terrible smell, almost like stale, melted butter. The room had cockroaches and was not cleaned properly. We found hair ties and jewelry on the floor from the guests that stayed before. The sofa bed is equivalent to sleeping on springs, which made it extremely uncomfortable. There were huge spaces around the door which allowed for the very unpleasant smells from the corridor to enter into the bedroom. This also disturbed our sleep at night because the corridor light always entered the room, leaving a halo effect around the door. This also allowed us to sound and noises to enter the room from other guests which also disrupted our sleep at night. The complimentary coffee/hot water machine only worked at breakfast.

Our experience at this hotel was mostly negative. The front desk told us that our reservation was a the hotel behind them but this was not true. We were a family of 5 and had a lot of luggage. You could not get towels, tissues after 5pm because housekeeping leaves and locks up the supplies. And to get housekeeping to clean the room, you have to request it everyday to the front desk and then to housekeeping. I guess that don't really communicate with each other. There was not enough parking because the lot is shared with 2 other hotels. I was told that there was free shuttle to and from the airports and Port of Miami but that is not exactly true, either. This was not made clear at all. Definitely looking to stay else where for our next visit.

I researched hotels near the Miami Airport that provided transportation from the airport and to the Port of Miami. This hotel does both. We also needed a room or rooms large enough for our 5 person family prior to going on a cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel to any cruise goers. There are a few things that I think should be clarified and would recommend the hotel updating: (1) on Expedia the hours for the airport shuttle are very confusing. We had a late flight and were worried if we would be able to get the shuttle - we were. It runs approx. every hour with the last at 11:30pm (I think). (2) With the shuttle to the port, you can only check in 24 hrs in advance. We were able to do this and were able to reserve our seats but two lessons learned - you can't reserve any sooner than 24 hrs in advance and the shuttle fills up quickly so timing is very important. Otherwise the hotel, adequate breakfast, and staff of the hotel and shuttles were great! Would highly recommend for the purpose of a short term stay with good shuttle transportation.

There is NO daily room cleaning service with this motel! staffs are not nice except the manage Alexis. The other front desk ladies are terrible. Room has smell, the stopper in toilet sink was broken, shower water was slow flow. NOT happy at all.
