We needed a room next to the Miami airport as we had a long layover. We have been BW customers for years but this experience might change that. The hotel was run down, loose carpet in the hallways, dirt in the corners, walls need painting etc. Our room was the same dirty in the corners, shower had mildew in the tile grout, no soap gel or shampoo in the shower and the TV remote didn't work. To top it all off they wouldn't add my reward points from my stay to my account because I booked with Expedia!

I liked that they held our luggage for us while we waited to be able to check in. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant along with the younger female at the front desk, and the women that did the breakfast. Everyone else staff wise was pretty rude and made you feel like an inconvenience. The sofa bed was extremely hard and smelled of pee. We asked for extra blankets from the older women at the front desk. She stated she would bring them up and never did. The room was clean otherwise.

Andre at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL!! We departed our cruise ship at 10am and were concerned about what to do since check in at the hotel wasn’t until 3pm. I called the establishment and spoke to Andre who reassured us that we could head over to the hotel and they would hold our bags while we used the amenities (pool,etc.) or grabbed some lunch. He also suggested we do a pre check in and leave our phone number in case our room was available ahead of 3pm. He recommended a spot to eat lunch and let us into the pool area. He was so helpful and professional! The shuttle to the airport was also really easy and convenient!! Overall our experience exceeded our expectations! Thanks Andre!

Couldn't get through to call the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Plus no response via email. I believe the shuttle should make routine stops at the airport to pick up guests just like other hotels do, so when we spot it we can jump on. Or have a WhatsApp number... easer to reach than making a straight call from the airport.

Property was obviously past its best. Brown, dingy and old. No restaurant and didn't want to walk alone in search of something to eat in the dark and in what appeared to be a run down area. The complimentary breakfast can only be described as disgusting, one to definitely avoid next time

Hotel is nice, and there are restaurants nearby you can walk to. Staff is great and shuttle available and breakfast is good. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is because room smelled like there was humidity.

The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff was very helpful in helping me dealing with a mistake that was Expedia's fault. The complimentary shuttle service was on time and helpful with the luggage and the continental breakfast was good and the dining area was kept clean and presentable.the rooms are clean and kept in good repair.

This was an average property. Everything seemed cleaned but felt the bathroom was a little outdated and the shower curtain was a bit stinky. The room lighting was very dark also. But overall it was okay, stayed one night and had what I needed. Breakfast was decent.
