"Our stay was amazing!! From the friendly welcome at check in to the wonder customer service at check out. Premises was clean and neat, rooms were cleaned and replenished everyday. Workers were very helpful and friendly. Had kids: 3&6 yo and I would say this place is kid friendly for the most part. I think this place is amazing for all but especially girls trip or couple getaway. I only had one hiccup: they left the sliding door open after cleaning and our room was muggy and bugs welcomed...

"Heavenly! Everything about this stay was 5 star. Transportation to and from the resort was seamless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always looking to make my stay comfortable. They called me by name from the time of arrival to departure. There was a welcome drink, fresh coffee or tea delivered to the room at my convenience. The room was perfect! I borrowed a yoga mat from the fitness area for morning yoga on the porch. There are kayaks and paddle boards for use for those looking to explore...

"Mangata was an amazing resort. It’s clean, small, quiet, fun and was everything we wanted. Outside of town, but with restaurants and bars nearby. The grounds are well kept, the bartenders, drinks and pizza were great. The owners, Justin and Jennifer, were amazing and extremely helpful when we had a small issue (nothing to do with the resort). We will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. "

"Its ever bit as nice as the pictures. Beautiful beach and super quiet at night. The place next door was under construction but quiet at night. Great value and just a quick ride to down town. The location is excellent and truck stop is right there every evening on the ride back."

"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "
