Everything is amazing. I have stayed many times and I love it. Any Viadora properties are amazing. But I don’t appreciate having staff that is not Mexican. Mexico has the best service ever, other nationalities have an edge and are not as helpful and friendly.

The property itself was great; the rooms, the building itself, the unique architecture. However, check-in was rough as the staff member was less than friendly and arrogant. He got the job done, but he was unfriendly and borderline hostile. After staying in other hotels in Dallas, Texas, San Miguel De Allende, and Queretaro in the immediate weeks prior to checking into Xoma (at an Omni property, The Rosewood, and a boutique hotel), it made the poor check-in experience at Xoma that much more disappointing by contrast. There were two men who attended to our check-in and both, surprisingly, possessed a similar negative energy/attitude. What helped us temper our response to their attitudes (and this review) was the warmth and urgent attentiveness of the bellman and the lobby/door attendants which was refreshing. Maybe they should train the front desk staff on how to engage with guests?

Can't say enough good things about this property. It's worth it to spend the extra bucks to stay here while in Mexico City. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, safe, and quiet (thick walls!). The neighborhood is very walkable - everything you could want is a short distance away, from food to coffee to groceries. The gym is very nice and we had it to ourselves every time. The street its on is not very busy so its a good spot to call an Uber. It's a perfect central hub for exploring Mexico City.

Xoma is perfectly located in Roma Norte, restaurants and shops are all walkable and getting Ubers to travel around the neighborhood areas was easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel!! Did not know what to expect as i was not familiar with this brand. We paid half price of what other chain luxury hotels were priced at for the same nights and got a huge 2 bedroom appartment with outdoor patio/balcony instead of a tiny room! It was quet, clean and very spacious. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of closets. 2 bathrooms made getting ready a lot more convenient too. Kitchen was fully staffed. Perfect location - walkable to all dining and entertainment!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Roma Norte CDMX. We stayed on the top floor with an incredible view of the city. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living room, gorgeous balcony and a huge bathroom. Total luxury!!! The staff was very friendly and professional. We were close to restaurants and cafe. This is our family’s second visit to Xoma. It did not disappoint. The hotel has maintained its excellent service as well as the property has maintained its beauty. I can not tell you enough how much we enjoy not only the hotel itself but the location. So many great surrounding restaurants and boutiques. The weather of course is excellent so our ability to enjoy the rooftop pool and outdoor patio is a bonus to the trip of visiting such an excellent city.
