The staff are incredibly friendly here. That being said, there were a few things that I felt were not up to par given the price for this property: - water pressure in the shower was non-existent, and hot water was inconsistent - the TV remote batteries were dead, so we had to swap out batteries in order to control the box - property seems a bit old, so even though it was clean, it still felt a bit dirty

This quaint hotel was located in the Condesa neighborhood about 25 minutes from Palacio de Bellas Artes (without traffic). It is within walking distance to Chapultepec Castle. It was easy to grab an Uber. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot water however was a bit fidgety and would get cold after a few minutes. Other than that the room was okay. We did not get the of wine that should have been included. Breakfast was filling, they offered fruit, tea/coffee, toast and your choice of omelette and hot cakes. The was staff was very nice and attentive.

Everything was great. Nice real neighborhood.with nice locals and many restaurants and street food Pleasant walking neighborhood with close access to parks and museums. Facilities were just what we needed. The staff was superb. Extremely helpful in every way. making arrangements, taxis etc. They took good care of us

Mostly fabulous
Friendly and helpful staff! The room and grounds were clean and comfortable. One thing I did not enjoy was my room being close to a neighboring wellness center that played loud music most mornings and evenings. Other than that my stay was great. This part of Condesa is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby. The metro is a 10 minute walk.

The room was just as it looked in the photos. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some spoke English and others were very willing to struggle through in Spanish with us. The neighbourhood felt very safe. It was great to stay in a local neighbourhood that did not feel touristy. There was some traffic noise at night, especially on the weekend but not enough to stop us from staying again. There were lots of restaurants and corner stores close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. We will stay again!

En general todo OK. La habitación está muy limpia y bien equipada. La zona es muy cómoda y hay muchos restaurantes alrededor. Llegamos en una temporada de frío y sí haría falta que hubiera aunque fuera un pequeño calentador. Un poco molesto el tema del depósito que piden, a mí nunca me había pasado.

The property was hard to find, very little signage but well worth it. Super duper cute, clean, good neighborhood, though a bit quiet at the time during COVID) Sofa bed isn't a pullout as expected, but a flip down back, but was still quite large. Great showers, very comfy bed. We were a bit loud during our stay, and I apologize to the hotel for that!!!! :) I would for sure stay again, if the cost wasn't so high (I used an expiring credit)

Great location, clean, and spacious. They always provided water, and were super helpful. Like most homes in Mexico City, the walls are a bit thin. This was only a problem on Saturday night, otherwise it wasn’t too bothersome. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, wonderful place. Disturbing early morning noises from the yoga studio next door did impact our stay (apparently the result of "scream therapy"). I know this was not the fault of the Gallery but it did impact our stay.

My brief stay at The Gallery
Overall, a nice place. The best part was that it was 4 min away from the place I needed to be. The one thing I did not like was that they asked me to leave a deposit that was never mentioned during the rental process. Then, the HDMI cable was broken and TV cable didn't work. I requested service and my request was ignored. The room was on the third floor and doesn't have elevator. If you have knee problems, that could be a nuisance. Other than this, the place was great.

Designed to feel like your home away from home. Very comfortable with kitchen, sitting area, separate bedroom, and bath. Great location and walking distance to many restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and bars in Condesa. Very easy to move around the city to the points of interest from the location.
