La ubicación del sitio es excelente, en Paseo de la Reforma muy cerca del Ángel. La habitación era espaciosa, aunque el baño un poco chico en proporción a la habitación. Espectacular vista desde el balcón. La gente en el front desk es muy amable. Se mencionaba que había un mueble con llave y ahí estaba, pero no tenía la llave. Hay otro lugar de Capri sobre el mismo lado de Reforma a unos metros, lo cual puede ser confuso.

the placed smelled stale and needed venting which caused us to get sick especially my wife for 3 days as we had a wedding to attend to. We called that same night and asked for another room that might have air conditioner /heater to use and they advise none were available or with open windows and they advised non of them came with that amenity. The bathroom door could not close and lock. The main door to unit could not lock as the latch on the door were not put in correctly and even if we latch the chain on the door , upon opening the door it would come off an open. between the living room floor and carpet there were sharp edges of the tile that bothered you upon walking but the worst part was that there was a screw or nail on the carpet sticking out and while my wife walked punctured her foot. It was difficult to find another hotel with limited time in addition to my wife being sick in bed for 3days which major sinus infection

Check in was horrible. When we arrived the hotel had lost our reservation, claimed we had canceled, then found it. Since we had to pay in person, they tried to overcharge us at first. They gave us the room key and we went to the room but housekeeping was cleaning it and told us to go get another room from reception. We went back to reception and got another room. When we went to the second room it was dirty and without even a fan. At this point I was frustrated and wanted to go to another hotel, but they make you sign a paper agreeing that there are no refunds when you pay. The staff were very rude all throughout this process. They gave us a third room key which was finally somewhat clean and had a fan. This property would be very nice with different staff, better organization, and better cleanliness. It has a great location right next to the Angel of Independence, US Embassy, etc. Until this property makes some serious changes I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel does not have air conditioning. The windows open, and they provide a fan in the room, but it still gets incredibly hot.

Very nice especially for an older hotel. This is our 2nd time staying at this Sheraton in Mexico City. Convenient to a lot of activities and food. The hotel itself has a great bar and night club and the staff is extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody traveling to Mexico City. FYI the American Embassy is next door.

The good is that the views are great. Our room had a good view of the angel of independencia. And the hotel is well located. However this hotel was very disappointing. Long story short: •room table counter was damaged and they fixed it with tape. • very little water came out of the shower head which was frustrating trying to shower. • no shampoo was provided by the hotel • one little bar of hand soap was provided for the entire bathroom • the room was outdated • carpet needs to be replacement. Maybe we just got stuck with a bad room but I’m not willing to try again.
