Property wise not bad, but the whole check in process is shamefully wrong. They ask you to “check in in advance” and give you your gate code via email, and they charge you in advance for the parking, code didn’t work we had to wait at the gate for about 45 minute’s unable to get in, even if we went in and ask why our code didn’t work, and the gate keeper told me that we hadn’t paid the parking, which was a lie, then they spent some time trying to enable the code, but it didn’t work, so they let us in into the garage, which they could have done as soon as they identified us, but they didn’t. Then when we got to our room the stupid code didn’t work either, and we had to wait another 15 minutes until someone came up to unlock the door. That was day one, we had rented the property for three nights, and the second day happened the same, we couldn’t get in the garage, and same routine as mentioned above, and same happened with the room code. We had to wait another 15 minutes till someone went up to unlock the room. We decided to cut short our stay because it is very hard for anyone to go through this ordeal every time you get to your rental place, specially if you have a bladder problem which it happens I have.
I requested a refund of the unused nights and explained why we left, but of course nobody answered my request, as if you are talking to the wind.
Of course I do not recommend this property at all to no one, specially if you have bladder problems or anything like that.
