La verdad el departamento me pareció adecuado en muchos sentidos. Tiene lo que necesitas para estar comodo y se siente súper seguro. El personal de seguridad y la anfitriona muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Hay transporte cerca ya sea por metro bus, metro o autobús. El único pero es que no salía agua caliente en la regadera y no está padre bañarse así, el agua en la regadera sale tibia a fría pero en las demás tomas si calienta muy bien así que no se que es lo que esté pasando fuera de eso… cuando regrese a la CDMX buscaré este lugar nuevamente.

Me and my family que really loved the apartment. It was clean, quiet and really cozy, I would definitely book here again. I did not rate it with the highest mark since I couldn’t connect to the WiFi during my whole staying.

26 de dic. al 2 enero, muy bonito el departamento,solo lo que no me gustó que decían camas Queen y la verdad es que es matrimonial y mi niño más chico quería dormir con nosotros y era incómodo,ya que mis otros hijos les tuvimos que dar la recamara principal que es una cama king , la lavadora no la pude usar por qué estaba sucia , pegajosa de la mugre De ahí en fuera todo agradable

En general esta bien ,pero tiene muchos detalles que tienen q estar supervisando y que incomodan , como la regadera y los lavabos se tarda mucho en ir el agua , mi esposo tuvo q moverle a uno porq era demasiado lo q se estancaba el agua, la regadera del cuarto principal no tenía una puerta y pusieron una cortina d plástico provisional y pues entrabas a bañarte y toda se te pegaba ya q hacía corriente de aire abierta o cerrada la ventana , la taza del baño común se movía despegada y por ende se salían los olores , el microondas no servía, el refrigerador no enfría bien solo el congelador funciona perfecto, la secadora no sirve tarda demasiado en secar , no había escoba trapeador y recogedor tuvimos q pedir en la recepción ya q estuvimos más de una semana, la mesa del comedor tiene polilla y la rayaron algún inquilino así como el respaldo de la principal, como está entre departamentos falta un poco de privacidad con cortinas o vidrio polarizado ya q la puerta y una pared de vidrio de sala terraza da hacia otras terrazas y se ve todo y esuy incómodo deberían poner cortinas dobles como en las recamaras, acabamos de ir y no se ocupa clima o ventilador pero si hace falta unos abanicos de techo de perdido para q se sienta menos humedad en los espacios, ya q abrir ventanas pues igual estás enfrente del vecino y todo se ve , detalles q se pueden mejorar ya q si hacen un poco incómodo el día a día ,

Muy agradable la estancia, todo bien y muy acogedor, acondicionado adecuadamente. Cabe resaltar que necesitan ventilar un poco el baño de la recámara principal, pues olía un poco desagradable.

El lugar muy bonito, pero la comunicacion muy mala, pedi cobijas extras y nunca las llevaron, tenía fugas de agua las cuales se reportaron y nunca mandaron al personal de mantenimiento

La zona y la propiedad es justo para pasar unos días tranquilos en la ciudad , accesible a diversas tiendas y restaurantes que se pueden ir a pie el único PERO que les voy a colocar es que hay demasiada desorganización entre los trabajadores y encargados del sitio , intenté llamar muchas veces a los teléfonos que dan para llamadas y nunca atendieron , sus WhatsApp no están identificados con los logos o nombres de la propiedad (hay una foto de una chica de verdad que es poco profesional) y aparte los encargados no se sabían ni las claves del wifi esto lo comento porque a mi correo llegaron códigos distintos y dure prácticamente un día sin poder acceder al wifi , también hay poco control de los sonidos en la noche en las otras habitaciones !

Buen descanso, pero mala estancia
Al llegar tuve que llamar al encargado porque no me mando las indicaciones por correo, una vez estando ahí, el espacio no estaba muy bien aseado, el sofá cama tenía migajas de comida y el piso estaba un poco sucio. Salía muy poca agua caliente, y se acababa, había que esperar un momento para que volviera a salir, al meterse a bañar la tercera persona, abrimos el agua caliente y se fue la luz, después de un tiempo volvió pero el agua no volvió a calentarse, volvimos a abrir el agua caliente y se fue la luz de nuevo por 1 hora, cómo era fin de semana, tratamos de contactar al administrador y no nos contestó hasta que nosotros resolvimos el problema junto con la persona de seguridad del edificio. La ubicación nos quedó muy bien, el trato del personal de seguridad del edificio fue Excelente en todo momento y dormimos muy cómodos.

Teniamos fuga en el baño y a veces no salia agua caliente en la regadera cuando reportamos la fuga nadie fue a atenderla Pero si nos gusto en general ojala podamos regresar
