Discription is not accurate. Listing stated city view but my room faced a brick wall with no access to the city. The toilet was clogged, the security box didn’t work, the microwave stopped working. There is no one on site with reservations. Only security for the property. The QR code provided was to chat on WhatsApp with a rep and they responded late and were not helpful at all. I had to make dues with the inconvenience i experienced. They said they couldn’t change my room because they were booked but when i check online they had open rooms available. The pool was closed on Monday. Very horrible customer service.

Mi primera noche no fue agradable,la habitación olía a alcantarillado muy fuerte no pude dormir y más que tenía una menor ,las camas los colchones no soy confortables,son de los Duros ,al día siguiente pedí cambio d habitación. Pero viajaba al día siguiente y nesecito a wifi y la red de ay estaba fallando y nesecitaba un Uber y fue muy difícil.

If you book this property you are only allowed 1 key. My husband had to leave for meetings at 2.30am when I was sleeping. I asked security for a second key this was denied. I asked for access to the gym and the workspace denied. The 3 security guards tried to force me back into my apartment and informed me I could not leave until 9am when the supervisor arrives. Security kept taking my up to my apartment and insisting I stay put. It truly was like being held against my will. The other issue is the rooms on the road side are so noisy guests are supplied earbuds. Apartments facing the internal courtyard are next door to a nightclub that has techno house music until 5am. This was the worst guest experience we have ever endured. Expedia have done nothing.

The apartment was practically brand new! It's awesome, and also, the terrace and views are spectacular. The staff were professional and felt very safe and secure with the onsite security. We got a room facing the patio/outdoor event area while there were parties. The noise wasn't all that bad, good thing they are only allowed ( I believe) until around 10 pm. Whatsapp messaging takes a bit long to respond and can't get anyone on the phone for questions if your out and about, it's best to ask questions in person. Highly recommend this place.

The facility is beautiful and equipped with nice amenities. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The internet in our room was not connecting, and this problem was never resolved. Additionally, we didn't have hot water on the first day, and when we reported it, we were advised to fill out a work order. I believe that when I bring a complaint to someone, they should take care of the work order request themselves. The front desk staff does an excellent job managing the guests coming in and out of the property, but they seem unable to offer solutions for problems that arise. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and I would not recommend staying in any unit below the sixth floor. The area is very high-traffic and noisy throughout the day and night. The local culture seems to encourage frequent honking to move traffic, so we often heard car horns and police whistles trying to control the congestion.

Very safe place to stay. Hotel rooms were clean and required key cards for parking and elevator which made us feel very comfortable. Street noise was a bit much but not the hotels fault. No AC or Heating in the rooms. Just a portable unit; rooms were still very comfortable. Great coffee shop downstairs with easy access to the hotel. Also a little store for snacks and water across the street. The upstarts patio was BEAUTIFUL and the pool was heated! Amazing view of the city at night. We will definitely stay here again.
