The amenities were amazing. Good gym, great lap pool, sauna, etc. The property's location is amazing. You can cross the street into a great coffee shop and walk next to the historic train lines (converted into a pedestrian sidewalk), that lead directly to museums and commercial areas. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pésimo servicio por parte de la propiedad vive gran Kuku!! Cero recomendable! Estuve por más de 1:30 horas fuera de la propiedad en espera de que me indicaran el número de departamento y código de acceso. El teléfono que ponen como contacto, nunca lo atienden (realice más de 20 llamadas), jamás respondieron mis mensajes en la plataforma de EXPEDIA. El guardia de seguridad de la propiedad me comentó que no es la primera vez que sucede este tipo de situaciones con Kuku, que nunca brindan la información a tiempo a la propiedad. Mi agradecimiento al personal de seguridad de la propiedad por su paciencia y apoyo, ya que dentro de sus funciones cumplieron. Solicito que EXPEDIA retire esta propiedad de su portal, ya que no cumple con la calidad y servicio que merecemos. Gracias a EXPEDIA y a sus colaboradores, por su valioso apoyo, para resolver esta lamentable situación y re ubicarme en otro hotel, gracias!!

Check in problemático.
En cuanto al departamento no hay queja, cumple lo que promete. Aunque me hubiera gustado una TV en la recámara principal ya que solo había 1 en la sala. El check in fue algo problemático, ya que el correo con el número de departamento y clave para poder accesar lo enviaron unas hrs antes, y como manejaba no fue posible saber esta información, así que a la llegada no tenía tales datos, ni en la plataforma de hoteles.com, tuve que revisar los correos. A la entrada del edificio de departamentos se encuentra un módulo y dos vigilantes en las entradas al estacionamiento. La persona del módulo muy amable pero no tenía idea de lo que le hablaba, ya que al parecer el edificio son de particulares y otros de renta, lo que fue un problema, ya que tardaron bastante en buscar la información. La entrada y salida del estacionamiento fue otro problema ya que no nos dieron tag para entrar o salir. El administrador nunca lo conocí, por lo tanto no pude acceder ni al gym ni a la alberca ya se necesitaba una cita previa para toma de biométricos. El espacio de estacionamiento cuenta con 2 espacios para autos chicos pero si se lleva una camioneta o un n vehículo más grande, hay dificultad técnica para estacionar ya que el espacio está pegado a la pared y hay pilares que hacen difícil maniobrar un vehículo de mediano a grande. Por tales motivos sería un poco difícil regresar a este departamento 910.

El área metropolitana es de lo mejor, se puede pasear gratamente por los alrededores; el departamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. En general, muy recomendable.
