Being right in the Historic Center makes this hotel a very good option. Easy to walk everywhere, staff are nice and overall good value for the price. The reason I gave overall 4 stars was because they have no airport shuttle, which was important to me on this trip. I specifically looked for shuttle services hotels when doing my search on Expedia and this came up as an option was in reality, they do not offer it. Aside from that, I have no complaints

I stayed there 2 times in separate dates, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The area is within walking distance to the center. I recommend and I would definitely stay there again nect time i vo to Mexico

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal amable, limpio, considero que si regresaría. El detalle esta en que esta muy descuidado, el elevador cuesta que esté disponible porque solo hay uno funcionando. La toalla de mi baño, estaba limpia pero rota, con hoyos.

Hotel must have been quite nice and fancy a long time ago. In bad need of upkeep. Old room but bed was comfortable. I appreciated having purified water and ice stations on every floor so that you can refill bottles every morning before going out for the day. Breakfast was OK. Considering the price, it was acceptable for a few nights

I like the location. It is very close to the zocalo and Palacio de Bellas Artes. A little noisy early in the evening because of the traffic. Room was too close to the street. Also, Hotel Gillow needs to upgrade rooms so visitors can connect USB cables and more power outlets.

Hotel Gillow is a classy hotel with cozy rooms located in the heart of Mexico City. All the major attractions are easily within walking distance. A wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and taquerías are near, and daily housekeeping and 24 hour security are nice additions. I absoluteltely recommend Hotel Gillow to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Great location, one street from Zocalo and Allende metro station, plenty of eateries and shopping. We were given the room at the front of the hotel, 3 floors up, which was noisy due to road traffic. We needed earplugs to sleep. No air conditioning, and no amenities such as coffee machine or kettle. Overall, an acceptable pied du terre.
