The best feature of this hotel was the location. We had stayed 8 years ago and liked it then. But this time we had a terrible experience. We stayed at 304 and my mother in law got bed bugs. Walls are thin, we could clearly hear other people businesses. The staff is not the nicest like it used to be. The Hotel shows decay that is not being addressed. I’m struggling to write this review since I really loved this Hotel before. We will not stay here ever again. Not recommended.

It was all good, all the staff people are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located (near Angel de la Independencia monument), and it is very convenient to commute from there to anywhere you'd like to go (convenience stores, cafés, taco places, restaurants, bars, etc.). There is no AC, but there is a fan in the rooms. The price is good for the amenities and the service you get + if you don't want to get ripped off by big Hotel chains, this is one of the best options in the area.

It's a cheat hotel, so I didn't expect luxury. I am okay with old furniture and por decoration, but I am not okay with the musty smell in the bathroom. The sheets were also stained. The hotel is at a convenient location, but I don't think I would stay again.

Room was not clean. They advertized that the hotel was 3 minute walk from the US Embasy, but they don't mention that it is from the OLD Embasy, NOT the new Embasy location which is actually about 25 minutes away from the Hotel... also, their restaurant is staffed with only one waiter and one cook. Most of all no air conditioner.

Very close to the Angel de la Independencia& right in the heart of the city. I found the area safe, walkable & enjoyable. There is a decent breakfast available, but the hours listed are incorrect so go early! The room can be a bit hot during the summer months. No parking, but plenty of taxis.There is a hotel with a similar name on the same block, so be aware of that. Overall, good for a budget traveler like me.
