Muy buena atención. Sólo algunos detalles: * La regadera no tenía dónde poner el shampoo y jabón (estaba quebrada) así que había que ponerlo en el piso. * Éramos 3 en la habitación (así estaba pagada) y sólo había dos toallas. * El agua de la regadera, con mucha frecuencia y sin mover la llave, repentinamente sale o muy fría o muy caliente. Es muy incómodo bañarse así. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien. Fui a la vending machine y me dio menos cambio y busqué a alguien y una chica del personal me atendió muy amablemente y resolvió mi problema.

Me agradó que estuviera a tan sólo unos pasos del metro Ermita, en auto llegas relativamente rápido al Centro Histórico. No me gustó que las habitaciones no fueran más iluminadas, siento que de momento se ve oscuro dentro de la habitación. Otro punto que me desagrado es que la mayoría del personal de recepción no tienen buen trato al cliente y atienden un poco de manera déspota. Tiene ciertos puntos a favor, pero en definitiva no es un lugar al que regresaría.
