"The staff and service is excellent in Philippines the hospitality of hotel employees is what is shown in my experience staying in this hotel. I would very much improve the light fixture in the rooms since I find it personally hard to see in some instances. Overall good stay. Thank you."

"The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!"

"After a very long trip to get there, I was greeted by the staff with "Oh sorry sir, your room will not be available for three days. Let us give you a different room until then." The room they offered was nearly a shack in the jungal, across the street from the beach with no refrigerator or wi fi."

"Very spacious and price is just right, prime location for shopping just next door to Glorietta 4 awesome. Everything you need is in the hotel except a kettle. They have coffee maker brilliant but I am a tea lover ☺️ that’s was the only missing. Could I have one next time please☺️"

"Value for money Very little noise heard from the street even though it was on a busy corner surrounded by the "nightlife". Hotel is surrounded by men selling viagra, watches or fake phones and women/men selling their services. They are easy to dismiss but does get annoyong after a while. Makati was easy to navigate around providing youre prepared to walk a lot or catch one of the local jeep style tuk tuks. Plenty of places to eat with a variety of style of foods ranging from local Philipino food...

"Dirty towels, limited toilet paper, our room was wet all the time. It was rainy for the 2 days, we have lots of water on the floors close to both doors of the balcony. Not going back again !"
