"It's just a short walk from the train station, so is quite easy to find. The room was very clean and spacious with good sound insulation from the traffic below. The breakfast was excellent at a reasonable price. "

"The location is not easy to get to if you are not driving by car. What they call breakfast was most definitely the worst I have ever had in a hotel! The buns were stale the coffee was weak, the eggs were cold, and there just was nothing there. No options at all! It was just horrible! But even worse than that was the incident I had with the night staff! On the day before I had to leave, I told the day staff that I would need a very early taxi to take me to the train station at 4:00am. She was very friendly and said that I would just need to tell the night staff to call for one for me. That night after my meetings I went to the night clerk and asked if she spoke English, she answered “a little bit” so I continued to speak German with her. Her attitude immediately changed; she was not being helpful. She made out my bill and charged me for the breakfast for the next morning that I would not be there to have. Then when I asked her to call a taxi for me for the next morning, she became more irritated. She called one taxi service that told her they were not open at 4:00am. While she was still on the phone, I asked her to ask when they would be open. She hung up and said, “No taxi”. I asked her if she could call another taxi service, and she gave me a dirty look and just went on with her paperwork. She was still standing right in front of me. I said without raising my voice or adding any tone, “Excuse me, but I need a taxi for the morning to meet my train.“ She just walk"

"The hotel itself is well located and the infrastructure is very good. The big problem is the staff, who are not welcoming at all, especially the oldest receptionist with black glasses: she can knock you down within a minute with her bad attitude and her unwillingness."

"Beautiful location, nice view if you book with river view! My room was a bit small, but otherwise excellent, the breakfast was great - bear in mind this is a 3 star hotel. I highly recommend!"
