It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"We had a lovely time at the Hilton.We came for the Cricket and found the hotel to be a perfect choice. The Receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely. "A lovely relaxing evening in the spa. Just what we needed to unwind from a stressful week at work. The hotel room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed. We were in a quiet part of the hotel and was not disturbed by noise. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back. "
