"The room was really dirty, and specially the toilet, even after i asked for room service to clean the room, they changed the bed sheets but never cleaned the toilet. When i took the room first day i didnt find any towels or slipper, so i asked the reception , they sent me one towel for two person then i asked for another one they sent also."

"I stayed one week in Mersin oteli and it was great.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, speak English very well especially Rajab, Moukader and younos.Housekeepers also yilderim and hassan are very cooperative. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is excellent near the center and one minute walking to the sea and bus station. There are rooms with balconies and wonderful sea view. Room rates are fair in comparison of other r stars hotels in the area. Definitely when I go back to Mersin,I...
