Underwhelming boutique Hotel.
Our booking included cooked breakfast.The waiter seemed surprised by this,rather than sort it without fuss he made us feel uncunfortable.It needs attention around the pool,umbrella,table ,chairs etc.Room needs a fridge.On the good side ,best bed i ever slept in

With a small Hotel comes also limited offerings /amenities.only Breakfasts available , no minbar , or any other way to buy anything when arriving late for example . I enjoyed the stay !

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast for a nominal price. It was very quiet and no problems sleeping. The bed was wonderful. The shower was fantastic. The only drawback was the internet. I had two online meetings during my stay and the service was unstable. For my second online meeting, I was permitted to use the dining room, which was not much better. If the hotel could get better internet service, it would definitely be 5 stars!

Al encender la tina de hidromasaje sale basura (hongo) de las tuberías y ensucia el agua, tuve que llenarla 3 veces desperdiciando mucha agua :( además la llave salpica agua alrededor y se moja todo el piso, tampoco funciona el tapón de desagüe. Por otra parte en cuestión del desayuno, anteriormente estaba mejor, atendía un equipo de un chico en cocina, ahora el desayuno lo elabora la señora de recepción (comprendo su esfuerzo) pero no ofrecen más que huevos con totopos y frijoles y jugó (artificial) y agua, café ó té. La verdad no me gustó y no vale la pena ofrecer esa opción si es deficiente. Volvería pero a una habitación sin tina y sin desayuno.

Hôtel très calme un peu loin du centre ville
Joli petit hôtel. Chambre confortable, grande, bonne literie, coin salon, donnant directement sur la piscine: mais il manque un petit réfrigérateur! Dans une des villes les plus chaudes du Mexique c'est INDISPENSABLE. Autre bémol: une jeune femme a l'accueil a lourdement insisté pour que nous prenions le taxi qu'elle connaissait, nous avons payé cher. Le soir sa collègue nous a conseillé de prendre un Uber...nettement moins cher et mieux ! Bon petit déjeuner et personnel agréable.

Hotel con excelente ubicación cerca de paseo montejo, hay muchas opciones para salir a cenar, comer o pasear. Zona segura y muy bonita, hotel pequeño pero con cuartos espaciosos y muy bonitos, tiene lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y segura, sin duda regresaré.
