"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "Easy to reach from the tram. Arrived late & email provided details of how to get key. Room good size and clean with twin beds. All a bit tatty. General area doesn’t have the nicest feel. Bit run down, dirty & graffiti, but no problems."

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."
