"Very nice and accomodating front desk. porter walks you to your room carrying your suitcase. Love the decorations. its so differe. Located in the middle of the ciy. Single room tad small , and bathroom I can smell a lil the sewer back up... but I closed the door , no smell in the room.They also have the spa at the property. The massageses are to die for. room"

"Front desk staff were very friendly! Such a nice first impression! The place itself is great, like an oasis in the middle of all the busy roads in Cancun. It doesn’t feel like that though. There are plenty of plants and the swimming pool, although small, really does the job. We did not have it crowded once and the only time we had to share it with other guests, it was really pleasant. The rooms are very big and comfortable. I didn’t have an option to have a basic room only when I booked it so mine had a small electric stove, very powerful fridge and some glasses and other crockery. Wifi was really reliable and I was even able to use it to video call other people. The air conditioning was not very powerful perhaps because the room was so big but I was not hot at all. The bedding is great, clean and it was a kingsize one. Pillows were very comfortable and the shower was powerful and relaxing. Breakfast was not excellent for vegans. Perhaps something they should consider as there are more and more people nowadays going plant based. I know this is not the best idea to suggest in Mexico but given the amount of international guests they accommodate, it should be something to think about. Breakfast staff, like everyone else, were really friendly, polite and attentive. Lovely people all around. The neighbourhood is also great with a nice Taqueria only a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a large supermarket and other restaurants around. "
