"I love staying here at Christmas time. The decorations in the lobby are spectacular. This truly is a special place. Our room in the tower was beautiful. The bed is so comfortable and the drapes give you a perfect blackout for deep sleep. Breakfast in the cafe is nice. The pool on the 23rd floor is fantastic. Staff are welcoming and helpful. "

"Terrific front desk person. Very nice man. Gave us drink and appetizer coupons. The bar staff was equally helpful and friendly. The food was great. We will be back again. "

"Pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. Area around the hotel is primarily health care facilities. Overall it is a good place to stay."

"Great shuttle service, took us to the 3rd Ward, picked us up at Maders German Restaurant. Took us back to Shaker's Cigar Bar and picked us back up. Learned that unfortunately, one of Jeffrey Dahmer's victims lost his life in room 507. We watch a lot of true crimes shows on TV, later checked out the 5th floor. There is a room, up not a # on the room. The only things we didn't like was the lighting. All the lights came on at once and took a while to figure how to use them. It seemed like when the light were off, the fridge went off? Some type of energy saving feature. The TV remote took some figuring out how to use. Great service and clean! The best location if you're seeing a concert or event at The Rave Eagles Club."
